Chasidy J. Ryon, 29, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug abuse instruments Thursday evening.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street woman reported Monday afternoon her husband threw a coffee table and broke it. He also threatened to harm her, she reported. Brandon M. Taylor, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic menacing.
A fight was reported Monday afternoon in the 200 block of South Poplar Street.
A caller reported Monday evening puppies were being abused in the 600 block of Cherry Street. The caller said kids were throwing rocks at the puppies and also throwing them on the ground. An officer spoke with a babysitter and two kids at the residence, who said they were not being mean to the dogs.
A 1500-block North Countyline Street caller reported Monday evening a man was threatening people with a stick. Juan F. Hernandez, 61, of Fostoria, was charged with resisting arrest, obstruction and disorderly conduct.
A caller in the 100 block of Seneca Avenue reported Monday evening a boy was hitting vehicles with a stick and threatening other kids with it.
A 1500-block North Countyline Street man reported Monday night a man was pointing a BB gun at his daughter. The gun was confiscated by police and the man was given a warning.
A woman went to the station Tuesday morning to report someone had her daughter’s Social Security number and was threatening to have her food stamps discontinued.
A man was arrested for a domestic violence situation Tuesday afternoon in the 300 block of South Wood Street.
A woman reported Tuesday morning her husband made her wreck her vehicle in the area of East Lytle and South Poplar streets. The bumper was damaged from hitting a guardrail, according to the report. The husband told police his wife wrecked the vehicle as she was trying to smack him.
