Robert A. Moyer, 54, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic control light violation Friday evening.
A caller in the 600 block of South Sandusky Street reported Sunday afternoon two men were crawling into a window and taking out items from a vacant trailer. Police were unable to locate anyone at the trailer.
A woman reported Sunday evening her cell phone had been stolen from a vehicle in the first block of West Market Street.
