A person advised early Sunday morning there was an unruly and combative man at the emergency room of Mercy Tiffin Hospital, 45 S. Lawrence Drive. He had been dropped off by State Highway Patrol.
Mario A. Picciuto, 34, of Toledo, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed-excess limits early Sunday morning.
An employee of Seneca Motel, 919 E. US 224, reported Saturday evening he was having problems with a guest. The guest allegedly put his hands on the clerk earlier.
A 400-block Thomas Street woman reported Saturday night her ex-boyfriend was in her house when she got home and was not supposed to be there.
A person in the 400 block of West Lytle Street reported Saturday evening someone broke a window and went into the house. Items were missing. It was under investigation.
A person in the 500 block of Stearns Road reported Sunday morning a windshield wiper and license plate holder were damaged.
A 1000-block North Countyline Street resident reported Sunday afternoon the theft of $20. Charges were to be submitted.
Tyson A. Bucklew, 13, of Tiffin, was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after the rear tire of his bicycle was struck while he was riding on Summit Street Thursday evening. The other person left the scene.
Walter H. Miller, 49, of Michigan, was cited with improper left turn at a one-way street after an accident on West Market Street Saturday evening.
Gilbert Nava, 83, of Tiffin, was cited with improper back/start after an accident on North Olive Street Sunday afternoon.
Nancy L. Eisenhard, 62, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Circular Street Sunday afternoon.
Nellie I. Ohler, 78, of Republic, was taken by Tiffin EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital after an accident on East Huron Street Thursday night.
