A 100-block Wentz Street woman reported Sunday evening her privacy fence had been vandalized.
A fight involving six people was reported Sunday night at Highland Park Estates, 686 S. Sandusky St. The parties were separated for the night.
Joseph J. Bradley, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Sunday.
John E. Ward, 48, of Fostoria, was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct Sunday night. Sgt. Joseph Feld of the Tiffin Police Department said Ward allegedly had a struggle with a police officer while trying to leave Mercy Tiffin Hospital after being told not to leave. Ward was subdued with a stun gun during the struggle but was not injured. Feld said the officer also was not injured.
A person reported Monday morning a window blew out of a building in the 100 block of South Washington Street and hit a vehicle. No damage was found on the vehicle.
A caller from Tiffin-Seneca United Way, 201 S. Washington St., reported Monday morning a sign was vandalized over the weekend.
A 100-block Clinton Avenue person requested to speak to an officer Monday afternoon about a possible scam.
A 400-block East Perry Street woman reported Monday afternoon someone egged her house and sprayed her shrubs with weed killer.

Hermilo Martinez Rodriguez, 29, address unlisted, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, having no operator’s license and failure to control early Sunday morning.
A 1000-block North TR 73 man reported a scam Sunday afternoon.
A man was arrested Sunday night after a 1000-block West TR 1118 woman reported her neighbor had a fight with her boyfriend and the man then left on foot. The caller said the man was intoxicated.
A 12000-block West Axline Street man reported Monday morning tires were slashed on his vehicle.
Richard L. Sprow, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of a dangerous drug Friday.
Marquise D. Cortland, 23, of Toledo, was charged with possession of marijuana Friday.
A 1200-block Perrysburg Road woman reported Sunday afternoon her ex-boyfriend took her vehicle and phone.
A 100-block East Fourth Street man reported Sunday afternoon someone threw a brick at his front door. According to the report, a fight had occurred between the man and the mother of his child.
A physical altercation between 9-year-old kids was reported Sunday afternoon by a 1200 block Peeler Drive woman. The parents were advised to keep the kids away from each other.
Several callers reported hearing two loud bangs Sunday evening in the area of Taft Boulevard and Crocker Lane. Police were unable to locate anything in the area.
A man in the 400 block of West Center Street reported Monday morning his mother had prescription drugs and money stolen.
A semi-truck driver was cited with traveling off a truck route after his semi became stuck under the North Washington Street viaduct Sunday night. The driver’s trailer had contained 50,000 pounds of potatoes, according to the report. CSX also was contacted.
Amber Stanley, 28, of Port Clinton, was cited with failure to stop at a stop sign following a two-vehicle accident Monday morning at SR 162 and SR 4. She was transported to Mercy Willard Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, said Deputy Denny Wilkinson of the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. The other driver was not transported to the hospital, Wilkinson said. An electrical pole was damaged as a result of the crash. Ohio Edison was summoned to the scene, according to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office report.
