A person in the 100 block of South Washington Street reported early Sunday morning a motor vehicle assault. A person was taken to Mercy Tiffin Hospital. A Tiffin Police Department spokeswoman said a person sustained a minor injury, and she was not sure whether it was caused by a vehicle.
