A caller from Rent-A-Center, 654 W. Market St., reported Thursday evening three men came into the store and stole an iPad.
A person went to the station Thursday evening to report someone filed taxes using their information.
An officer was flagged down Thursday evening in the area of South Sandusky Street and South River Road in reference to two hypodermic needles found on the side of the road. The needles were disposed of by police.
Paul W. Eckel, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday night.
Abigail L. Lotton, 26, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper lane change early Friday morning.
A first-block Boehler Street man reported Friday morning a large rock that belonged to his neighbor was placed in his back yard.
A man reported Friday morning another man drove past him drinking a beer in the 100 block of South Washington Street. Police were unable to locate the man.
Jeremy J. Imes, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct for an incident April 4.

An 11,000-block West SR 18 man reported Thursday evening his credit card had been used without authorization.
A driver reported Thursday evening a young child was walking along the roadway in the 12,000 block of West US 224. The driver stopped and the child pointed to a residence across a field before beginning to walk toward that residence. Deputies went to the residence and issued a warning to the child’s parents.
A 14,000-block East CR 32 man reported Friday afternoon a nail gun had been stolen within the last couple of months.

John K. Barnes, 48, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday. He also was cited with driving under suspension.
