Dena J. Reed, 61, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to control early Saturday morning.
Richard D. Ratliff, 48, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.
A man reported Wednesday evening he was fighting with his roommate in the area of East Market and South Washington streets. A person was arrested and to be released when they were sober, according to the report.
A 14-year-old boy from Tiffin was charged with juvenile delinquency and possession of marijuana paraphernalia Wednesday night. A caller had reported a boy was trying to start a fight in the 100 block of Minerva Street. A marijuana pipe containing residue was located by police in the boy’s front pocket.
A caller from Tiffin-Seneca Public Library, 77 Jefferson St., reported Thursday morning a person borrowed several DVDs and sold them to a store.
