This group is perceived by many to be different in terms of how it sees work and business. Millennials are going to be roughly half of the U.S. workforce by 2020. It is the most highly educated and culturally diverse group of all generations, but its members are accused of being hard to please when it comes to work. They are tech-savvy, having grown up with the internet, cellphones and spending time on social media.
