Plant plans | Advertiser-Tribune Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corp. officials announced Tuesday that Church and Dwight Co. Inc. received a $100,000 grant from the Ohio Rail Development Commission Wednesday for a planned $2.5 million expansion of its Old Fort plant. The company employs more than 215 people at the facility, which is one of the biggest baking soda manufacturing plants in the world.
