Chipotle plans Tiffin eatery | Advertiser-Tribune Plans are in place for a Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant in Tiffin, David Zak, president and CEO of Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corp., announced at SIEDC's annual meeting at Camden Falls Conference Center Thursday. The restaurant is to be located in a new, three-store building being constructed by Diverse Development at the site of the former FirstMerit bank at West Market Street and Ashwood Road. "The agreement has been made, and we couldn't be more excited," Zak said.
