New plant operational in Fostoria | Advertiser-Tribune FOSTORIA — Production began Tuesday at a new vinyl flooring plant in Fostoria's former Atlas Crankshaft building. NOX US, the Asian company's first American plant, Monday received a 1.2 percent, six-year job creation tax credit approved by Ohio Tax Credit Authority. The tax credit is based on the company creating 150 full-time jobs generating more than $4.5 million in new annual payroll by 2018. Donna Freehafer, human resources manager, said the plant employs nearly 50 people at start-up. "As the business grows, we plan to hire more," she said.
