S. Korean firm bringing 150 jobs to Fostoria | Advertiser-Tribune FOSTORIA — Fostoria is to be home to Nox Corp.'s first U.S. factory. According to Seneca Industrial and Economic Development Corp., the South Korea-based vinyl tile manufacturer plans to create more than 150 jobs within three years in Seneca County. The company is to renovate the former Atlas Crankshaft building and add on to it. Production is to begin in mid- to late fall, according to SIEDC.
