Tiffin man convicted of 10 drug trafficking charges

A Tiffin man served a 12-count indictment that included drug trafficking charges involving four drugs was found guilty by Seneca County Common Pleas Court Judge Michael Kelbley today.

Kyle M. Baker, 26, pleaded no contest and was convicted of 10 counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, one first-degree felony, two second-degree felonies, three third-degree felonies and four fourth-degree felonies; one count of having a weapon while under disability, a third-degree felony; and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

He could be sentenced to nearly 45 years in prison in March.
