Cleo Marie Bowers and Kasey Lee Spence exchanged wedding vows at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019, at St. Joseph Church, Tiffin. The Rev. Joseph Szybka was the celebrant. An outdoor evening reception followed at Mohawk Golf & Country Club, Tiffin.
The bride is the daughter of Ken and Linda Bowers of Tiffin and the late Jane Bowers. The groom is the son of Jerry Spence of Deshler and the late Kimberly Spence.
Maids of honor were Margaret Bowers of Mansfield, sister of the bride and Kristan Bowers of Tiffin, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sara Bowers of Twinsburg, sister-in-law of the bride; Jaime Espinoza of Toledo, sister of the groom; Jami Bouillon of New Riegel, Mariah Nye of Columbus, Avery Becker of Wooster, cousins of the bride; Madison Giesige of Deshler, Olivia Koch of Cleveland and Molly Conroy of Cleveland, friends of the bride. Flower girl was Allie Reinhart of Fostoria, cousin of the bride.
Best man was Kollin Spence of Deshler, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Mateo Espinoza of Toledo, brother-in-law of the groom; Ezekiel Bowers of Twinsburg, and Jacob Bowers of Tiffin, brothers of the bride; Tyler Vander Syde of Hopkins, Michigan, Josh Almanza of Deshler, Scott Chandler of Tiffin, Tom Mitchell of Findlay, Logan Magrum of Lima, and Chris Boyer of Deshler, friends of the groom. Ring bearers were Javi Espinoza and Elliot Espinoza, nephews of the groom.
The bride is a 2011 graduate of Calvert High School. She received her BSN-RN from Ursuline College in Cleveland and is in the last semester of her Master of Science of Nursing-Family Nurse Practitioner degree, from The University of Toledo. She is a registered nurse at University of Toledo Medical Center in the emergency department.
The groom is a 2011 graduate of Patrick Henry High School. He attended Adrian College in Michigan. After six years with Reineke Ford Lincoln in sales, Kasey is now General Manager of Kalida Truck Equipment in Walbridge.
The couple resides in Findlay, after returning from a honeymoon in Costa Rica.
