Alease McElhatten and Ronald Hall exchanged wedding vows in a double-ring Catholic mass service at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Tiffin. The officiant was Father Chris Mileski. A reception followed the ceremony at Meadowbrook Ballroom, Bascom.
The bride is the daughter of Dan and Sandy McElhatten of Willard. The groom is the son of Randall and Roseann Hall of Tiffin.
The bride, given in marriage by her father, Dan McElhatten, wore a Morilee strapless A-line ivory gown with Alencoc lace appliques over chantilly lace with scalloped hemline lace wedding dress with a sweetheart neckline and carried a fall bouquet, handmade by her mother, with a variety of flowers including sunflowers, daisies, roses and wheat tips wrapped in her grandmother’s jewelry and burlap.
Bridesmaids wore one shouldered floor length navy blue lace dresses and carried small fall bouquets of sunflowers, wheat tips and other assorted flowers.
Matron of honor was Michelle Hall of Republic, sister-in-law of the groom with bridesmaids, Kim Hall of Tiffin, sister-in-law of the groom, Claire Fritz of London, friend of the bride and Rachael Hark of Attica, friend of the bride. Flower girl was Kelsie Hall of Tiffin, niece to the groom. Best man was Robert Hall of Tiffin, brother to the groom with groomsmen, Russell Hall of Tiffin, brother to the groom, Raymond Hall of Tiffin, brother to the groom and James McElhatten of Tiffin, brother to the bride. Ring bearer was Xander Hall-Stombaugh of Tiffin, nephew to the groom.
The bride, a 2008 graduate of Seneca East/Tiffin Calvert High schools, graduated from Brown Mackie College in 2012. She is a nurse for Stein Hospice.
The groom, a 2005 graduate of Tiffin Calvert High school and graduated from Terra Community College/Lorain in 2007. He is in agronomy sales at Tiffin Farmers Co-Op.
The couple reside in Tiffin after returning from their honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico.
