Kirchner-Chiarappa | Advertiser-Tribune Alexandra Kirchner and Joseph Chiarappa exchanged wedding vows at 1 p.m. May 7, 2016, in a double-ring ceremony at St. Mary Church in Tiffin. The officiant was the Rev. David Ross. A reception followed the ceremony at Meadowbrook Ballroom. The bride is the daughter of Keith and Maria Kirchner of Rocky River and Jill and Michael Carter of Green Springs. The groom is the son of Sam and Debbie Chiarappa of Green. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a strapless gown with a waist-length veil. She carried a cascading bouquet of blush and ivory peonies.
