David Culp. A reception followed the ceremony at American Legion in New Riegel. The bride is the daughter of Ryan and Lorie Reid of Fostoria. The groom is the son of Steve and Yvonne Arbogast of Tiffin. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory, fit-and-flare, lace gown. The bodice had a sweetheart neckline embellished with Swarovski crystal.
