Karcher and Brett O'Connor exchanged wedding vows with a double-ring ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Aug. 16, 2014, at Our Lady of Consolation Church, Carey, with the Rev. John Stowe officiating. Amanda's father, L. Kevin Karcher, gave the bride in marriage. The reception was at Meadowbrook Ballroom and the couple took a wedding trip to Punta Cana. Amanda is the daughter of L. Kevin and Barb Karcher of Upper Sandusky. Brett is the son of Dan and Jill O'Connor of Tiffin. The bride wore an ivory, organza, strapless gown.
