Peter McCormick officiated the double-ring Catholic nuptials Mass. A reception followed at Hedwig Memorial Center, South Bend, Indiana. Jessica is the daughter of Douglas and Melinda Mannen of North Plains, Oregon. Mark is the son of Steve and Teresa Kimmet of Tiffin. The bride, given in marriage by her parents, wore an ivory gown featuring a fitted lace bodice that met the full chiffon skirt at an empire wais.
