Price-Nissen | Advertiser-Tribune Courtney Price and Wesly Nissen exchanged wedding vows at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 20, 2014, at the home of the bride's parents. The Rev. Michael Nartker officiated the service. A reception followed at New Riegel American Legion. Courtney is the daughter of Michael and Teresa Nartker of New Riegel. Wesly is the son of Rachel Hunt of Clay Center and the late Thomas Nissen. The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore an ivory satin, strapless gown, with a corseted back and hand beading.
