International Dinner Saturday
The annual Tiffin University International Dinner, with the theme “Backpack Around the World” is to take place 6-8 p.m. Saturday in the Heminger Center.
Tickets cost $15, and children 10 age 10 and younger are admitted free.
TU celebrates 235 international students who represent 30 countries.
The dinner is to feature a variety of cuisines from across the globe. Entertainment is to include acts from TU’s Music Department, a fashion show, photo booth, cultural activities and performances.
The Buckinghams to visit Ritz
From Chicago’s Holiday Ballroom to America’s living room on “The Ed Sullivan Show,” across the U.S. and in the White House, The Buckinghams have stayed true to their Chicago roots.
The Buckinghams, with their hits including “Don’t You Care” and “Mercy, Mercy, Mercy” are to grace The Ritz Theatre stage at 7:30 p.m. April 6 at 30 S. Washington St.

Rhythm Summit to return
FREMONT — The Midwest Rhythm Summit is to return to Terra State Community College April 5-7.
Now in its second year, the three-day music event is to feature some of the world’s top artists, including guitarist Dave Ellefson from Anthrax and Megadeth, bassist Frank Bello, drummer Liberty DeVitto, drummer/producer Thomas Lang, bassist Chuck Rainey and drummer/educator Dorn Famularo.
Sessions, meet and greets, master classes, product demos and concerts are planned.
