Terra board OKs contract with 34 employees | Advertiser-Tribune FREMONT — The Terra State Community College Board of Trustees approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement during a board meeting Aug. 24. The agreement – with the Ohio Association of Public School Employees Local No. 217/American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees Local No. 4 – is effective July 1 through June 30, 2019. The agreement is for an increase of $150 to base pay for full-time union members and prorated for part-time members for the first year. Wage increases are scheduled for 1.5 percent for years two and three.
