'Berg debuts upgrades to theater | Advertiser-Tribune Heidelberg University's Gundlach Theatre has undergone some changes over the summer. The project is about 90-percent done, said Rod Morrison, associate vice president for facilities and engineering at Heidelberg. The theater has been painted and carpeted, and more than 200 chairs have been replaced. "The age of the equipment and many of the chairs were broken and we couldn't find parts to fix them anymore," Morrison said. The last update to the theater was done in 1976, he said.
