Upper Sandusky ties River Valley, 2-2

UPPER SANDUSKY — Upper Sandusky gave up a second-half goal Saturday and ended in a 2-2 tie with River Valley.

The Rams (2-4-1) led 2-1 at the break after sandwiching goals by Jaidyn Thiel and Owen Mawer around Sergei Littleton’s score for the Vikings (2-1-2).

Roland Linville found the net with 30:28 left in the second half for River Valley to knot the score.

Luke Amert added an assist for the Rams and Anson Hill stopped seven shots.

Mason Snyder also had seven saves for the Vikings.

Rams blank Sandusky

SANDUSKY — Upper Sandusky’s defense was solid Saturday not allowing a Sandusky shot in a 3-0 win over the Blue Streaks.

The Rams (3-3) only had two shots of their own, but they both went in as Taylor Norris netted both. Alivia Oney assisted both goals.

The Rams scored scored on an own-goal in the second half.
