GOLF: In the Ex-Hi Over 50 Golf League, Ed Correll and Steve Rau are leading with 147 points each after five weeks. Denny McKown had the long putt on No. 4, while Nick Kent had the closest second shot on No. 6. Rau was closest to the pin on No. 9.

n In the Clinton Heights Baumann 2 Man Scramble Late league, Mike Carroll and John Carroll are tied with Rick Steiner and Jim Reinhart, leading the North Division with 15 points. In the South Division, Nub Scherger and Doug Strausser have 15 points to lead the South. Marc Strausser had the long putt on No. 4, while Joel Ardner was closest in two on No. 6. while Mike Carroll was closest in two on No. 7. Mike Smith was closest to the pin on No. 8. Tom Ardner and Joel Ardner won skins on No. 3, while Marc Strausser and Seth Marlow won skins on No. 4.

n The team of Ed Lutz, Monte Scott, Brian Krauss and Ralph Kizar shot three over par to win Mondays Retirees League at Seneca Hills. Prize winners were Joe Weaver (closest to the pin on No. 6) and Larry Wilson (long putt on No. 7). Lutz and Wilson tied for low gross of 37.

n The New Riegel Athletic Boosters will sponsor a four-person scramble July 14 at Loudon Meadows with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. BOWLING: The Tiffin USBC Bowling Association will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Heritage Family Center. The merger for the men’s and women’s associations is being finalized that night along with elections of officers. All bowlers are welcome to to give input.
