GOLF: The Columbian football program will hold its inaugural TC Football Alumni and Friends Golf Outing June 10 at Clinton Heights. Cost is $220 per team and includes snack at the turn and Carmie’s catered lunch. Side games, door prizes, raffles, 50/50 and memorabilia items will be available. n The ninth annual Fremont St. Joe Boys Basketball Friends and Family Scramble is June 9, beginning at 9 a.m. with a shotgun start at Sycamore Hills. You must arrive at the clubhouse by 8:15 a.m. to register. It’s four-person teams (individuals may register and be placed on a team) with the proceeds going to the SJCC boys basketball program. Cost is $45 per player or $180 for a team of four. Price includes 18 holes, two golf carts per team, lunch, winning team will received (4) $50 merchandise gift certificates to Sycamore Hills, eight different winners will receive top prize, top raffle prize is $400 gift certificate, 50/50, field prizes and rain or shine the dinner and raffles will still take place. n Starting today, the new start time for the Seneca Hills Retirees League is 9 a.m. with sign-in at 8:30 a.m.

n In the Phat Cakes Par Tee League, Jason Galitz leads after two weeks with 38 points. Len Gosche is second with 37 points. Galitza and Mike Gibson tied for the low round with with 41. Skin game winners were Gosche, Galitza and Gibson. Brian Schalk had the pin shot on No. 11, while Tony Consolo had the long putt on No. 15 and the proximity shot on No. 12. Ken Zeibold had the long drive on No. 17 and the long putt on No. 18.

CAL RIPKEN: The Tiffin Cal Ripken League seeks 11- and 12-year-old players. Must be 11 before May 1 and not 13 before May 1. They play with balks, leadoffs and dropped third strikes. Call Jeff Hohman at (419) 448-7321 to sign up on a team.

MUD RUN: P.M. Gillmor Community Park in Fort Seneca will host the fifth annual Mud Run on June 9. There will be a half mile fun mud run at 9 a.m. and a 5K mud run at 10 a.m. Ages 18 and under is $20. FOOTBALL CAMP: The Columbian football program will host a football camp June 4-7 from 9-11 a.m. at Frost-Kalnow Stadium. Camp is for any boy or girl entering grades 1-8.
