Late goal pushes Rams by Chargers

UPPER SANDUSKY — Megan Hensel led Upper Sandusky to a 2-1 win over Edison Wednesday in non-conference action.

The Rams got on the board first with a goal from Megan Hensel less than 10 minutes into the game. Her second goal came with less than 12 minutes remaining in the game. Both goals were assisted by Audrey Boes.

Hensel’s second goal was the 50th of her career and it moved her into second all-time in Rams history. She passed Grace Miller with the goal.

The Chargers knotted the game up in the first half on a Savanna Smith goal midway through.
