PRE-SALE TICKETS: Tickets for the Columbian football game at Elida are available for pre-sale at the high school Wednesday and Thursday from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m. and Friday from 7:30-11:45 a.m. Prices are $6 for adults and $4 for students. All tickets at the gate are $6.
JV VOLLEYBALL: Seneca East beat Ridgedale 25-21, 25-15, getting nine digs, five aces and four kills from Megan Rice.
n Buckeye Central topped Mohawk 25-15, 25-10. Mariah Gillig had three kills and three assists.
n Carey fell to Colonel Crawford, 24-26, 25-13, 25-12.

JUNIOR HIGH VOLLEYBALL: Old Fort’s eighth grade beat Margaretta 25-20, 25-20. Grace Wasserman led the winners with eight kills and two blocks, Jaislynn Woodall had four aces, three assists and three digs, Breanna Hoerig came up with five digs, Alyssa Hoerig tossed up four assists, Chloe Wilkinson tallied three aces and six digs and Madison Nesselhauf lined two kills and two blocks.
n Margaretta’s seventh grade beat Old Fort 25-17, 25-13. Kennedy Goth led Old Fort with two kills and two digs and Molly Kupka handed out two assists.
n Hillary Bogner served nine aces and Abby Sturgill belted four to lead Seneca East’s seventh grade past Ridgedale 25-19, 25-14.
n Ridgedale’s eighth grade beat Seneca East 25-19, 25-23. Bailey Holmer’s six aces and three kills led Seneca East and Bandy Gahring served two aces.
JUNIOR HIGH FOOTBALL: Mohawk’s eighth grade beat Colonel Crawford 20-14. Collin Barth ran for a touchdown and a conversion for the Warriors, and Nathan Geary threw TD passes to Barth and Avery Stump. Barth also picked off a pass and recovered a fumble.
GOLF: Brad Fry leads Dave Pence 154-153 in the Old Fort Ex-Hi Over 50 League. Prizes went to Rick Sanford (closest in three No. 14, closest to pin No. 17) and Jim Birch (long putt No. 15).
n Gary Hohman, Jeff Lang, Bill Kinn and Dave Clouse shot 16 under to win the Bump’s Tuesday Traveling League Scramble at Hillcrest Golf Club in Findlay. Whitey Florence, Larry Miller, Howard Elchert and Dick Hull beat out two other teams for second after all three shot 13 under. Next week’s outing is at Valley View near Galion, starting at 9:30 a.m.
