Josh Weber suffered the loss. In the nightcap, the Travelers rallied for three runs in the top of the seventh with two outs to go up 6-3, then hung on from there to get Tiffin native Anthony Sims the win. The Pioneers threatened in the bottom of the frame, scoring twice and getting runners on second and third with no outs.
