FOOTBALL: Columbian will hold a camp July 22-24 for students entering fourth through eighth grade. Sessions run 9-11:30 a.m. Cost is $30. n Registrations are being accepted for the Tiffin Football Officials 2014 officiating class. The class is open to anyone 14 years and older. Cost is $90. Upon completion of the class, the official will be eligible to officiate junior high through junior varsity level contests. WRESTLING: Ohio State wrestling coach Tom Ryan will hold a clinic 10 a.m.-3 p.m. today at the St. Joseph Activity Center for K-12 students. Cost is $45 per student with checks made payable to Premier Technique wrestling. Registration is the day of the clinic. Children under 18 just need a parent’s signature. BASKETBALL: St. Wendelin is to host a girls mini camp for grades 4-8 July 21-22 from 6-8 p.m. at St. Wendelin High School. Cost is $20 and includes a camp T-shirt. BASEBALL: Tiffin University’s baseball team will host a Summer Baseball Camp for ages 7-13 from 9 a.m.-noon Monday through Thursday at TU’s Heminger Field, located within the Paradiso Athletic Complex. Registration begins at 8 a.m. Monday. Campers can choose to participate in the entire camp or select individual days. Participants will receive an official camp T-shirt and lunch. VOLLEYBALL: The Black Swamp Volleyball Club will hold Skills Training during July. Grades six and younger will be held 6-8 p.m. Mondays and Fridays and will cost $10 per session. Junior high and up will be held 6-8 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays and will cost $10 per session. All age groups will be held 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturdays and will cost $20 per session. n St. Wendelin will host its fifth annual Mohawks Volleyball Camp for grades 3-8 July 28-30 from 5:30- 8:30 p.m. Cost is $45 and includes a volleyball and T-shirt. GOLF: Clouse Construction will sponsor the FACT 4-Person Scramble July 13 at Loudon Meadows Golf Course in Fostoria. Shotgun start is at 9:15 a.m with an 8 a.m. registration and is limited to the first 25 teams. There are three divisions: men, women and co-ed. Cost is $45 per person or $180 per team and includes 18-holes with a cart, lunch, door prizes and hole prizes. Hole-in-one prizes include the chance at a set of Ping irons, an Apple iPad, $500 and $10,000 sponsored by Tiffin Loader Crane. n The team of Ted Rombach, Lou Greiselding, Bob Teach and Dave Purnell shot 4-under par to win the Senior League at Clinton Heights. Prizes went to Craig Neifer (closest in one on No. 11), Dave Welly (closest in two on No. 16), Ted Rombach (closest in three on No. 17) and John Powell (long putt on No. 12).

SOCCER: The Sycamore Soccer League is accepting applications through July 11 for K-8 players. Community league games are played Saturday mornings September through October at Memorial Park.
