FOOTBALL: Columbian will hold a camp July 22-24 for students entering fourth through eighth grade. Sessions run 9-11:30 a.m. Cost is $30. n Registrations are now being accepted for the Tiffin Football Officials 2014 officiating class. The class is open to anyone 14 years and older. The cost of the class is $90. Upon completion of the class, the official will be eligible to officiate junior high through junior varsity level contests. The first class is July 14 and you must be registered by the first class. WRESTLING: Ohio State wrestling coach Tom Ryan will hold a clinic 10 a.m.-3 p.m. June 28 at the St. Joseph Activity Center for K-12 students. Cost is $45 per student with checks made payable to Premier Technique wrestling. Registration is the day of the clinic. Children under 18 just need a parent’s signature. BASKETBALL: Columbian boys basketball will host its youth camp Monday through Thursday. The session for boys entering fourth-seventh grade will be 9 a.m.-noon at Columbian. Cost is $35. The session for boys entering first through third grade will run from 1-3 p.m. at the high school. Cost is $25. All campers get a T-shirt and a basketball. BASEBALL: Tiffin University’s baseball team will host a Summer Baseball Camp for ages 7-13 from 9 a.m.-noon June 30-July 3 at TU’s Heminger Field, located within the Paradiso Athletic Complex. Registration begins at 8 a.m. June 30. Campers can choose to participate in the entire camp or select individual days. Participants will receive an official camp t-shirt and lunch. VOLLEYBALL: The Black Swamp Volleyball Club will hold Skills Training during July. Grades six and under will be held Mondays and Fridays 6-8 p.m. and will cost $10 per session. Junior high and up will be held Tuesdays through Thursdays 6-8 p.m. and will cost $10 per session. All age groups will be held on Saturdays 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and will cost $20 per session. GOLF: Clouse Construction will sponsor the FACT 4-Person Scramble July 13 at Loudon Meadows Golf Course in Fostoria. Shotgun start is at 9:15 a.m with an 8 a.m. registration and is limited to the first 25 teams. There are three divisions: men, women and co-ed. Cost is $45 per person or $180 per team and includes 18-holes with a cart, lunch, door prizes and hole prizes. Hole-in-one prizes include the chance at a set of Ping irons, an Apple iPad, $500 and $10,000 sponsored by Tiffin Loader Crane.
