Jack Burtis picked up a 6-3, 4-6, 6-1 win over Galion’s Scott Kidwell in first singles while Daniel Kwiat cruised to a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Adam Rinehart in second singles.

Galion’s Sam Maddox and J.D. Smith picked up a win over Seneca’s Phillip Boes and Danny George, registering a 6-0, 6-1 victory in first doubles.

Columbian shut out against Truckers

Columbian couldn’t find a win yesterday against Norwalk as it fell, 5-0.

In first singles, Nick Gaietto took a 6-0, 6-0 shutout loss to Trevor Bowers while Braden Kuhn fell 6-0, 6-1 against Harry Love in second singles.

Austin Crabtree couldn’t respond in third singles, falling 6-1, 6-0 to Reid Schaffer.

Both doubles, followed the same suit as Mason McCool and John Obringer dropped first doubles 6-4, 6-4 to DJ Steffani and Grayson Conney.

Collin Bicherstaff and Kyle Lang took down TC’s Brandon Berry and Hunter Stark in second doubles, 6-2, 6-3.
