BASEBALL: The Northwest Ohio District 9 Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Game is June 20 at Sports Force Park in Sandusky. Three games will be played simultaneously, beginning at 7 p.m. Teams have been divided by county. Game 1 will pit Crawford and Wyandot against Richland. Game 2 has Erie and Ottawa taking on Huron and Ashland. Game 3 has Seneca and Hancock facing Sandusky, Wood and Lucas.

VOLLEYBALL: The Female Junior National Teams from Blackswamp Volleyball Sports Academy in Tiffin will have six teams ranging from 11-17 years of age competing in the Junior National Tournament in Indianapolis from June 27-July 6. A send-off for the athletes will run 5-9 p.m. June 24 at the Tiffin Buffalo Wild Wings.

GOLF: Friday’s Senior League at Clinton Heights was won by Ted Rombach, Len Farr, Tom Miller and Steve Schreiber at 7 under. In second at 4 under was Jim Ruess, Harry Smith, Denny Harper and Craig Neiffer. Prize holes went to Neiffer (closest in one), Mike Hampp (closest in two), Rombach (closest in three) and Jon Eakin (long putt).
n The team of Tim Gassner and Ken Ritzler lead the K of C League at Clinton Heights. n The teams of Fritz Smith and John Englehart and Denny Krupp and Bud Witsman are tied for the lead with one week left in the Wednesday night Men’s Catholic League at Seneca Hills with 118 points. Krupp shot the low gross (37), while Joe Elchert had the low net (29).
