WRESTLING: The OHSAA and the South Shore Wrestling Officials Association will have a spring officiating class at Tiffin University April 12-13. Meals will be provided. BASEBALL/SOFTBALL: The Tiffin Area Babe Ruth League will hold baseball and softball player selection drafts March 30 at the Tiffin Developmental Center gym for those who did not play in the 2018 season. DARTBALL: York South won the Seneca-Sandusky League, followed by Eden. Pleasant Grove and York North tied for third, followed by Loudon Center and Old Fort. York South also took the tournament title, with Eden and Loudon Center tying for second. Old Fort ended fourth, and York North and Pleasant Grove tied for fifth. The league retained its present officers: President Bob Kessler, Vice President Roger Drake and Secretary-Treasurer Gerald Burnside. The fun game winners were Kessler, Same Waugaman, Ed Waugaman and Katie Sherman. The Knox County Grange League will host the state grange tournament March 30 at 10 a.m. at the Fredericktown School Administration Building in Fredericktown. Team captains should report at 9 a.m.
