JUNIOR HIGH BOYS BASKETBALL: Old Fort’s eighth grade took down Calvert 37-32 as Shane Webb had 11 points for Old Fort, while Adam Magers added nine, Isaac Snyder scored eight and Johan Galindo ended with six. Nick Palm scored 15 points for Calvert, while Lee Morgan chipped in eight and Maison Johnson ended with five.

n Calvert’s seventh grade topped Old Fort 32-21. Isiah Perez dropped in eight points for the Stockaders, while Carter Cleveland added seven points.

n Colonel Crawford’s eighth grade slipped past Mohawk 29-28. Bryce Hannam dropped in 12 points and AJ Hess added 11 for the Warriors.

n Colonel Crawford’s seventh grade beat Mohawk 38-10 as Cody Coppus and Chase Cole both had three points for Mohawk.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s eighth grade topped Cory-Rawson 52-47 in double overtime. For H-L, Georgie Beuchler scored 14 points and Chase Jorgensen added 13.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s seventh grade downed Cory-Rawson 36-20 as Evan Kreais had 13 points and Donovan Elmore chipped in 12.

n Seneca East’s eighth grade defeated Buckeye Central 40-28 as Isaac Mason poured in 16 points, while Austin Perry added eight for SE. Tyler Sanderson had 17 points for the Bucks.

n Seneca East’s seventh grade edged Buckeye Central 29-26. Aiden Hines led the Tigers with nine points. Blake Foos chipped in six.

FRESHMAN BOYS BASKETBALL: Hopewell-Loudon edged Mohawk 47-44 as Tyler Fedele had 14 points and Ashton Bour added 12 for the Chieftains. For Mohawk, Nathan Geary and Collin Barth each scored 12 points, while Jacob Coldiron added eight and Bryce Lange finished with seven.

FRESHMAN GIRLS BASKETBALL: Fremont Ross downed Columbian 34-21. Norah Smith led TC with nine points, while Allison Damm chipped in eight.

JUNIOR HIGH GIRLS BASKETBALL: Seneca East’s eighth grade topped Buckeye Central 22-19. For SE, Hillary Bogner poured in nine points and Katelyn Siesel added six. Sydney Wurm had nine points for the Bucks.

n Seneca East’s seventh grade dropped Buckeye Central 36-16 as Caroline Kagy recorded 16 points, while Olivia Stockmaster tacked on eight points for the Tigers. Faye Betts led the Bucks with six points.

n Calvert’s eighth grade topped Old Fort 27-13 as Seyleh Meyer led the Senecas with seven points and Mariam Al-Zakwani added six. For OF, Cameran Cleveland and Brooke Withrow both had four points.

n Old Fort’s seventh grade topped Calvert 24-8 as Alexis Ward dropped in seven points, Addy Gillmor had six and Madi Blankenship ended with five for the Stockaders.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s seventh grade topped Cory-Rawson 35-32 as Carley Coffman had 14 points for the Chieftains. They are 10-0 this season.

n Cory-Rawson’s eighth grade beat Hopewell-Loudon 29-13.

n Colonel Crawford’s eighth grade beat Mohawk 27-24. Bailey Sheets poured in 12 points and Emily Klopp added 10 for the Warriors.

n Colonel Crawford’s seventh grade dropped Mohawk 40-17. AJ Chevalier had 15 points for Mohawk.

COLUMBIAN: Columbian baseball will hold its annual parent/player meeting Jan. 16 at 6 p.m. In the Columbian Cafeteria. Upcoming events, information and other details will be discussed.
