Records should be included. Results for high school and college events must be turned in that day by 9:30 p.m. All other events must be turned in by 8 p.m. Results can be turned in via E-mail at email@example.com, fax at (419) 447-3274, telephone at (419) 448-3250 or in the drop box by the paper’s front door at 320 Nelson St. Results must be turned in the day of the event. Depending on time constraints, games and events turned in which do not include full names or are turned in late may not have recaps written about them. Results which are unreadable will not be included in the paper.

VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL: Bucyrus edged Seneca East 51-49 Friday night in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play. Tyler Turek paced the Tigers with 31 points.
JV BOYS BASKETBALL: Colonel Crawford beat Seneca East 33-32. Andrew Kalb poured in 15 points for the Tigers, while Turner Bridgford added eight points.
n Carey beat Wynford 37-29.
n Troy Russel scored 14 points to lead Mohawk past Bucyrus 51-36. Tyler Hayman added 12 points for the Warriors and Landen Snyder netted 11.
n Clyde outlasted Sandusky 80-79 in overtime.
n Hopewell-Loudon defeated Sandusky St. Mary 53-32 as Dan Lommerse had 13 points and Caleb Simonis added 10 fore the Chieftains. Nate Cook added nine and Carter Ritchey ended with eight.
FRESHMAN BOYS BASKETBALL: Hopewell-Loudon beat Sandusky St. Mary 29-18, getting 10 points from Tyler Fedele and seven from Ashton Bour.
n Sandusky beat Clyde 48-38.
n Mohawk beat Wynford 54-32. For Mohawk, Nathan Geary dropped in 17 points, while Bryce Lange added 15, Reese Hannam had eight and Collin Barth ended with six.
JUNIOR HIGH GIRLS BASKETBALL: Old Fort’s eighth grade topped Hopewell-Loudon 29-21. Kennedy Guth had 10 points for Old Fort, while Brooke Withrow added nine.
n Hopewell-Loudon’s seventh grade downed Old Fort 32-22. Addy Gillmor had seven points, while Macie Miller and Alexis Ward each had six for the Stockaders.
JUNIOR HIGH BOYS BASKETBALL: Old Fort’s eighth grade took care of Hopewell-Loudon 34-23. George Beucler had eight points and Hayden Welly chipped in six for H-L. Isaac Snyder had nine points for the Stockaders, while Adam Magers added seven and Shane Webb ended with six.
n Hopewell-Loudon’s seventh grade beat Old Fort 48-24 as Evan Kreais led H-L with 17 points, while Caden Ritchey chipped in nine.
