BOYS BASKETBALL: Seneca East beat Ridgedale 60-52 Thursday in Northern 10 Athletic Conference play. Results were not submitted Thursday. D.J. Ruffing led Seneca East (1-0, 1-0 N10) with 18 points, Tyler Turek tallied 11 points and seven rebounds and Clint Wurm tossed in nine points.

BOYS JV BASKETBALL: Hopewell-Loudon beat Pandora-Gilboa 44-39. Carter Ritchey led the Chieftains with 12 points, Marshall Reinhard netted eight and Dan Lommerse and CJ Smith each had seven.

* Clyde beat Norwalk 48-35.

* Old Fort defeated New Riegel 63-26 as Ryan Miller produced 15 points for the Stockaders and Myles Miller chipped in 13.

* Nolan Becker tossed in 17 points and Jack Shultz added 14 to lead Calvert past Lakota 50-30. Ethan Klotz and Gabe Dohanyos each had nine for the Raiders.

* Seneca East beat Ridgedale 73-36 Thursday.

GIRLS JV BASKETBALL: Brooke Bordner scored 12 points and Tori Fritz added 10 to key Seneca East’s 61-14 win against Bucyrus.

* Otsego beat Fostoria 33-27.

* Carey beat Mohawk 34-10.

BOYS FRESHMAN BASKETBALL: Clyde edged Norwalk 30-28 in overtime.
