CASINO TRIP: New Riegel Athletic Boosters will have a bus for the El Dorado Casino (Scioto) Oct. 21. The bus leaves at 7:30 a.m. from the high school and will be back at 5:15 p.m. The cost is $30, which includes $20 in free play and $5 for food rebate. SCHEDULE CHANGE: Hopewell-Loudon’s junior varsity and junior high football games against Van Buren are today, with junior high kicking off at 9 a.m., followed by the junior varsity.

* Today’s volleyball match at Seneca East between the Tigers and Mohawk start at 9 a.m. with the junior varsity, followed by the varsity.

GOLF: Starting Monday, the new tee time for the Seneca Hills Retirees League is 10 a.m.

* Ted Rombach, Dave Welly, John Armstrong and Steve Scheiber won the Friday Senior League at Clinton Heights. Jim Ruess, Jim Radcliff, Casey Breighner and Creig Neifer shot 5 under to end second. Prizes went to Skip Halcom (closest in one No. 8), Ruess (closest in two No. 3), Mike Mertes (closest in three No. 9) and Dick Best (long putt No. 4).

RAFFLE TICKETS: The Columbian football team is selling raffle tickets to the Ohio State-Michigan game Nov. 24. BOWLING: Jim Donaldson rolled a 192 for the men’s high game and a 348 for the men’s high series, while Robin Brownell had a 165 for the women’s high game and a 300 for the women’s high series in the Allen Eiry Center League. The league competes each Wednesday at 12:30 p.m. at K of C Lanes.
