RESULTS POLICY: Coaches turning in results for any sport are reminded to use full names for all athletes. Handwriting must be legible. Photos of scorebooks must be in focus and well lit. Records should be included. Results for high school and college events must be turned in that day by 9:30 p.m., barring extenuating circumstances (overtime, late start, etc.). All other events must be turned in by 8 p.m. Results can be turned in via E-mail at sports@advertiser-tribune.com, fax at (419) 447-3274, telephone at (419) 448-3250 or in the drop box by the paper’s front door at 320 Nelson St. Results must be turned in the day of the event. Depending on time constraints, games and events turned in which do not include full names or are turned in late may not have recaps written about them. Results which are unreadable will not be included in the paper.

GOLF: The team of Larry Wilson, Ernie Price, Tom Williams and Ralph Kizer shot even par to win Monday’s Retirees League at Seneca Hills. Prize winners were Brian Krauss (long putt No. 10), Price (closest to pin No. 16) and Jeff Heyman was closest in two No. 17). Tim Mannas had the low gross with a 34.

n Playing at Sycamore Hills Golf Club Tuesday, the team of Tom Company, Bill Williams, Sammy Paradiso and John Armstrong won at 14 under. Finishing second was Gary Hohman, Steve Bernard, Howard Elchert and Cash Pixley at 13 under. Dave Welly holed out from 30 yards on No. 1 to win the only skin of the day. Other teams members were Steve Lauer, Herb Love and Steve Meier. Next week, the first annual bus trip scramble to Cooks Creek Golf Club near Columbus. Those riding the bus should be at their designated pick up points, 5:30 a.m. Fostoria and 6:15 p.m. Tiffin. Those driving to the course should be there no later than 9:30 a.m.

n Prize winners from the Seneca Hills Tuesday Morning Ladies League were Lou Ann Newlove (closest to green in three No. 5), Carol Shook (best poker hand) and Barb Kuhn (low gross).

n Prize winners in the Baumann Women’s Monday Night Scramble League at Clinton Heights were Carla Siebenaller and Barb Kuhn (long drive No. 10), Jani Yanni and Julie Weininger (closest in two No. 15) and Stephanie Miller and Donna Thacker (long putt No. 18). Marie Shuey and Amy Mattson lead the league.

n Mike Reamer and Nate Reamer lead the final third of the Men’s Wednesday Night Catholic League at Seneca Hills with 79 points. Jack Felton shot the low gross with a 34. Nate Reamer and Felton tied for the low net with 28s.

JV BOYS GOLF: Myles Magnusson shot a 55 for Upper Sandusky at Veteran’s Memorial Park, while Gavin Carey had a 59 and Mathew Homburg carded a 63.

n Bellevue and Norwalk tied at 199, but Bellevue’s Jakob Doster shot a 55 in the five spot, compared to Norwalk’s Braden Lloyd with a 57, giving the Redmen the win. Hudson Strayer led Bellevue with a 45, while Andrew Dye added a 48, Aaron Brubaker and Adam Hosang shot twin 53s and Corbin Snyder ended with a 58.
