GOLF: The team of Ed Lutz, Bill Kraut, Rufus Tyree and Ray Krupp shot 2 under to win Monday’s Retirees League at Seneca Hills. Prize winners were Lutz (long putt No. 7), Dale Wisebaker (closest to pin No. 6) and Jim Miccichi and Lutz both had a 34 for the low gross.

n Winners of the second third of the Monday Morning Reineke Two-Man Scramble League at Clinton Heights is Steve Hepp and Lou Griselding with 37 points. Mike Hampp and Ted Rombach are in the lead with 62 points for the year. Prize hole winners were Rombach, Dave Kirby, Greg Bishop and Russ Eborg.

n Adam Smith and Mark Miller won the second third of the Wednesday night Men’s Catholic League at Seneca Hills with 142 points. Smith had the low gross with a 34, while Dana Bennett and Jason Vassalle tied for the net with 31s.

FALL BASEBALL: The Tiffin Cal Ripken D League is taking sign-ups for the 12th year of fall baseball. This league is for 10 year olds, who turn 11 before May 1 2019 and for 11 and 12 year olds, but did not turn 13 before May 1 of this year. This is open to any individuals whether they are boys or girls who live in town or county no matter where they live, they can play. The fee is $60 for one player, but there is a discount for multiple players in the same household. Balks, dropped third strikes and leadoffs are in play for this league. BASKETBALL CAMP: Heidelberg Youth Basketball Camp for boys in grades 2-5 is Wednesday-Friday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Seiberling Gymnasium. The camp is $100 per camper.
