The second-place team of Jim Ruess, Bum Farr, Gary Hohman and Bob Shultz scored 6 under. Prizes went to Ruess (closest in one on No. 8; closest in two on No. 2) and Kin (closest in three on No. 9; long putt on No. 7).
n Jim Miccichi and Bryan Miccichi lead the Wednesday Amvets league at Seneca Hills with 58 1/2 points. Howard Elchert and Tim Bradford follow with 57. Prizes were awarded to Dick Rochester (long putt on No. 9), Tim Mannas (long putt on No. 4) and Bob Grothaus (closest in one on No. 12).
n The New Riegel Athletic Boosters are to sponsor a 4-man scramble July 14 at Loudon Meadows with an 8:30 a.m. shotgun start. n Seneca Hills Golf Club will host the Slate Real Estate Art Graham Adult-Child Open on July 22 at 4 p.m. The event has four flights based on age — 3-7, 8-12, 13-17, and 18-up — and includes a nine-hole scramble with drinks, prizes, gift and barbecue cookout. BOWLING: The Tiffin USBC Bowling Association is to meet June 20 at 6:30 p.m. at Heritage Family Center.
