JUNIOR HIGH BOYS BASKETBALL: Tiffin’s eighth topped Fostoria 48-25 as Bryce Burns and Andrew Shawberry scored 10 points and Jaden Myers ended with eight points for TMS.

n Tiffin’s seventh grade also beat Fostoria 39-14. Logan Beaston and Zak Siebenaller each dropped in 12 points, while Carter Groves had six for TMS.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s eighth grade routed Cory-Rawson 69-21. Ried Jury led H-L with 18 points, while Lucas Siebenaller added 12.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s seventh grade downed Cory-Rawson 49-21 as Chase Jorgenson had 18 points, while Hayden Welly scored 15 for H-L.

n Carey’s eighth grade topped Seneca East 33-26. Alex King scored eight points for the Tigers, while Patrick Snook and Gavin Hargis added six apiece.

n Seneca East’s seventh grade edged Carey 39-36 as Issac Mason scored 16 points and Grahm Gibbs ended with 12 for SE.

VARSITY BOYS BASKETBALL: Seneca East beat Bucyrus 62-47 Saturday. Tyler Turek led SE with 18 points and 10 rebounds, while Clint Wurm added 12 points and seven boards and Alex Forehand finished with 11 points.

JUNIOR HIGH GIRLS BASKETBALL: Seneca East’s eighth grade dismantled Carey 53-14. Emily Siesel had 19 points for SE, while MaKenna Depinet had nine and Kierston Cook and Amelia Boes both scored seven.

n Seneca East’s seventh grade defeated Carey 27-13 as Hillary Bogner dropped in 10 points for SE, while Kate Siesel added eight points and Kaitlyn Best ended with five points.

n Hopewell-Loudon’s eighth grade beat Cory-Rawson 30-9. Abbe Beidelschies led H-L with eight points, while Abby Daniel added seven.

n Cory-Rawson’s seventh grade topped Hopewell-Loudon 18-13. Ashley Daniel and Tori Losey both had four points for the Chieftains.
