Cherb, 30, of Texas, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and slow speed after a woman reported early Friday morning a vehicle was in a ditch in the 5000 block of South SR 231 and a male appeared to be intoxicated. The caller said the male, who was not injured, was attempting to drive away.
