Lucille H. Fatzinger, 80, of Bloomville, passed away Tuesday morning, July 8, 2014, at Ruffing Family Care Center, Bloomville, after a one-year illness.
She was born March 20, 1934, in Tiffin, to Orville and Hilda (Fruth )Wertz. She married Eugene Fatzinger Aug. 5, 1950, in Bloomville, and he survives in Bloomville.
Other survivors include three sons, Roger (Jennifer) Fatzinger and Bobby (Cheryl Zellner) Fatzinger, both Bloomville, and Ronald (Linda) Fatzinger of Tiffin; a daughter, Deborah (Robert) Culbertson of Green Springs; eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Alton (Barbara) Wertz of Bloomville; and three sisters, Annabell Fatzinger of Tiffin, Judy (Donald) May of Sycamore and Bonnie Zellner of Bloomville.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Marjorie May; and two brothers, Donald and Roy Wertz.
Lucille was a homemaker, enjoyed quilting and going to auctions. She was a member of Caulfield American Legion Post No. 434 Ladies Auxiliary, Bloomville, and a former member of the D of A, Tiffin.
Her funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, July 11, 2014, at Lindsey-Olds Funeral Home, 3085 S. SR 19, Bloomville, with the Rev. Jeff King officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Bloomville.
Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
