LaVaughn M. Glover, 73, of Clyde, died Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at Autumnwood Care Center, Tiffin.
She was born Aug. 2, 1940, in Clyde, to Robert and Margaret (Ritchey) Hintz. She married Lowell Glover Sr. Oct 18, 1958, and he preceded her in death Jan. 1, 2005.
Survivors include seven children, Brenda (Bruce) Boissoneault of Sandusky, Lowell (Donna) Glover Jr. of Clyde, Margaret (Bryan) Hutton of Maumee, Roberta Glover of Bellevue, Kimberly (John) Moyer of Castalia, Gregory (Shelly) Glover of Tiffin and Melissa (Rich) Stombaugh of Bellevue; 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four siblings, Marjorie (Elmer) McClanahan of Green Springs, Anita Anderson of Utah, Evelyn (Donald) Baker of Fremont and Robert A. Hintz of Clyde.
In addition to her parents and her husband, LaVaughn was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Doris (Clenton) Noftz; brother, Donald Hintz; and a grandson.
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2014, at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde.
Her funeral will begin at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, 510 W. Maple St., Clyde, with the Rev. Ray Kovach and the Rev. Dennis King officiating. Burial will follow at McPherson Cemetery, Clyde.
Memorials may be given to Autumnwood Care Center or Community Hospice Care.
