A Fostoria woman has been indicted by a Seneca County grand jury on drug-related charges stemming from a search warrant at her residence.
Latoya Bowers, 26, was indicted last week on two counts of trafficking in heroin, one a third-degree felony and the other a fourth-degree felony; and one count each of possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony; endangering children, a first-degree misdemeanor; and possession of criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony, according to court documents.
The Seneca County Drug Task Force METRICH Enforcement Unit had executed a drug-related search warrant at Bower's residence in December. There, suspected heroin, prescription drugs, criminal tools, money and a large amount of drug paraphernalia, including hypodermic needles, were found. Juveniles also were found to be in the residence.
