Bond set in murder cases

Bond was set this morning at $1.5 million with no 10 percent allowed for three suspects in a robbery and murder in Fostoria. Garrett Brown, 17, of Fostoria, was indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and aggravated murder, a special felony. Tyson Ogg, 19, who is listed as a transient, was indicted on one count each of complicity to aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; complicity to aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and complicity to aggravated murder, a special felony. Dallas Salaz, 19, of Fostoria, was indicted on one count each of aggravated burglary, a first-degree felony; complicity to aggravated robbery, a first-degree felony; and complicity to aggravated murder, a special felony.
