RACING: The Chasing Christ 5K Run/Walk is June 28 in Galion, starting at the First Lutheran Church at 127 S. Columbus St. Race-day registration costs $20 and runs 7:30-8:45 a.m. The race starts at 9 a.m. There is a free breakfast at the church after the race. BASKETBALL: The Tiffin University women's basketball team will host a camp for boys and girls age 6-14 June 17-19 from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. with the last day running 9 a.m.-noon. Price is $50 for one or $75 for two and includes a T-shirt. Campers are to bring their own lunch daily. There will be a refrigerator to place lunches in. Pizza will be available for $1.50 per slice. GOLF: The Tiffin Youth Football League will host its annual four-person scramble June 28 at Seneca Hills. Registration opens at 7 a.m. with an 8 a.m. shotgun start. Cost per person is $50 that includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, lunch, prize holes and a sports memorabilia auction. All proceeds benefit the Tiffin Youth Football teams. Hole sponsorship is $100. * Ray Krupp, Paul R. Fey, Dick Hiser and Dutch Edeburn tied the team of Lowell Hossler, Tim Mannas, Keith Breighner and Tom Holz at 4-under to win Thursday's Retirees League at Seneca Hills. Prizes went to Dale Hoover (long putt No. 7) and Lutz (closest to the pin No. 6).
* Seneca Hills hosted the first Jr. Golf Open for high schoolers who can shoot 55 or lower Tuesday. Gradin Bunting won with a 41, with Wesley Henkel shooting a 43 and Noah Widman carding a 45. Fourteen players participated.
* Tammy Seasly leads the Thursday Ladies Clark Construction League at Clinton Heights with 33 points. Sandy Benner and Donna Thacker are tied for second a point back. Prize holes went to Shelly Reidel (closest to pin No. 11) and Geri Hammer (long putt No. 18). Hammer also had the fewest putts with 12.

SPEED CAMP: There will be a speed and agility camp June 16-20 and July 14-18 at Tiffin University's Hanson Fitness Center. The camp is for both boys and girls grades 3-8 of all sports and ability levels. Pre-registration is $50 each or $80 for both. The day of camp cost is $65.
