Lois B. Stine, 90, of Tiffin, passed away at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, June 10, 2014, at Bridge Hospice Center, Findlay.
Lois was born July 21, 1923, in Marion, to Edwin G. and Florence (Miller) Obenour. She married John W. Stine May 23, 1943, in Mount Victory, and he preceded her in death Oct. 26, 2012.
Survivors include her son, Gerald Stine of Kenton; daughter, Linda Fleming of Virginia Beach, Virginia; a brother, Paul (Bonnie) Obenour of Marion; two sisters, Iris (Richard) Lower of Marion and Sherry (John) Sharp of Bay City, Michigan; a special son-in-law, Barry Wade of Tiffin; 10 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Lois worked in the banking industry all her life and was a member of First Christian Church, Tiffin. Lois enjoyed playing cards with her husband and her entire family. Lois also enjoyed putting puzzles together with her great-granddaughter, Erin. Lois was a 1941 graduate of Marion Harding High School.
Lois was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Dianne Wade; a sister, June Betz; and seven brothers, Gerald, Keith, Rex, John Karl, Don, Roger and Kenny Obenour.
There will be no services at this time. Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory, Tiffin, is assisting the family with arrangements.
