A caller from Fostoria Municipal Swimming Pool, 524 River St., reported Tuesday evening a male was in a bathroom taking pictures of juveniles. A phone was seized as evidence and a person was served a trespass notice. A spokesperson from the Fostoria Police Department said the investigation is ongoing. Further details were not available.
An 800-block Walnut Street woman reported Tuesday evening her son was hit by another juvenile. Juveniles were released to a brother.
A woman reported Tuesday evening that while she was shopping at Kroger, 126 W. High St., a woman took a purse out of her cart. The store had video of the woman taking the purse. An investigation is pending.

Jeffrey T. Perry, 64, of Clyde, was cited with failure to yield after a stop following an accident Wednesday morning at SR 12 and CR 592. Perry suffered minor injuries after his vehicle pulled into the intersection and struck the back wheels of a semi-truck, Seneca County Sheriff's Office deputy Dennis Wilkinson said. Perry was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. The semi-truck driver was not injured.
